He also handles probate administration for the settlement of estates.

David is a former assistant county attorney in the Rockland County as well as a former assistant attorney general with New York State. He has been in private practice as well as working as an in-house counsel for a foreign trust.

David is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Law in Washington DC.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law Section and Trust and Estates Section and is a former President of the Financial Planning Association of the Greater Hudson Valley.

He is a Board Member of the ABBA Human Resources Inc, a not for profit provider of care for victims of traumatic brain injury.
